You’ve always heard of denderu,but you never knew or saw how the KANURI’S Traditionally make theirs. For ages if not centuries denderu has been a kanuri delicacy it’s a traditional method of cooking meat underground. You bury your clay pot soo many traditional processes and procedures. I brought my foil paper my mum said NO 😂🤣 I brought my curry she said NO 😂🤣 you use this and that, She said is it kanuri denderu you want or some other kind of denderu I said Kanuri off course is not the DENDERU FOR KAKA AND YAYYA “Great grandma and grand ma I said yes she said THIS IS IT.!!! YA ILLAHI THE TASTE IS OUTTA THIS WORLD. Like every single bit of the process gave me a nostalgic feeling of my Dad’s. From them both going to buy the clay pots to buying the woods to him standing around while she marinates it. I literally shed tears 😭 Am super GLAD MY KIDS EXPERIENCED AND WATCHED EVERY PROCESS OF IT.
